
The Trust, in accordance with its mission to improve the lives and circumstances of beneficiaries, awards one-time small project grants of up to $10,000 to create innovative new program ideas, substantially improve and supplement existing activities, or significantly increase the quality of ongoing projects.
Candidates for small project grants include private non-profit organizations or local governmental entities. Regular state programs and for-profit agencies are not eligible to apply.
A total of $250,000 is available annually for small project grants, with approximately $80,000 available per grant cycle. Each project is limited to a maximum of $10,000.
Applications for small projects are accepted three times per calendar year. To be considered, application packets must be completed and received by The Trust office no later than 4:30 p.m. on the following dates:
Any completed small projects grant applications submitted after the deadline will be held and considered in the next group of applications, unless withdrawn by the applicant.
