The Trust Team

The Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority, under the leadership of the Board of Trustees, is a state corporation that operates much like a private foundation, providing leadership, advocacy, planning and financial resources to assist behavioral health-related organizations, agencies and other entities in developing programs that serve Trust beneficiaries.

• Board of Trustees:  The seven-member, governor-appointed Board of Trustees
• Trust Staff: The team that operates The Trust on a day-to-day basis
• Trust Land Office: A unit within the Department of Natural Resources that manages Trust land and other non-cash assets.

The Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority Board of Trustees is seeking applicants for the position of Trustee from individuals who want to improve Alaska’s mental health system. If you are interested in joining this dynamic team as a member of the Board of Trustees, you must have expertise in services for Trust beneficiaries, financial management and investments, or land management.
