Performance Based Funding Results - View a summary of the Department of Health and Social Service Division of Behavioral Health performance based funding results for the FY09 Comprehensive Behavioral Health Treatment grant program.  DBH funds more than 60 agencies statewide that provide treatment services for Trust beneficiaries through the grant program.  The summary includes a step by step outline of the process, the spreadsheets which calculated the performance of agencies at each step and the individual grant review and progress reports for each agency.
